What is banh mi?
A Vietnamese sandwich on a French-style baguette, filled with meats, pickled vegetables, and herbs — our most popular item.
What’s the difference between pho and vermicelli bowls?
Pho is a hot noodle soup with beef or chicken broth; vermicelli bowls are cold rice noodles with grilled meat, herbs, and fish-vinaigrette or peanut sauce — no broth.
How spicy is the food?
Most dishes are mild to medium and can be adjusted — ask for jalapeños, chili, or sauce on the side or omitted.
Can dishes be made gluten-free?
Many of our rice-noodle and rice-based dishes (pho, vermicelli bowls, fried rice) are naturally gluten-free; our banh mi is served on a wheat baguette. Ask your server if you have a specific concern.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. We have a dedicated vegetarian menu (tofu dishes, veggie spring rolls, vegetarian pho and fried rice) plus a vegan banh mi.
